I’ve spent yesterday and today trying to work through these second trimester migraines and it’s been miserable. Pls send tips 😭

Things that are helping:
- this cooling migraine cap @kathiakollective let me borrow
- this cooling blanket from @yanasleep
- Tylenol and electrolytes

But they keep coming. Blood pressure is fine so I’m not worried about preeclampsia but it’s so hard to get my job done rn. 🥴

Total game changer for good sleep while pregnant! It’s my 3rd pregnancy and finally decided to do something about the rough sleep this time and wish I had this Yana pregnancy pillow my last two pregnancies! There’s natural latex filling or cooling gel options, I had a tough time deciding but the natural latex has shaped my hips and bump exactly how I needed. It’s a pregnancy must have!🤍 ☁️

I can’t sleep without a blanket… but I don’t want to feel hot either. 🤍

Especially living in Florida, having something lightweight and breathable while I sleep makes such a difference.

Lately, I’ve been using the YANA Cooling Bamboo Blanket, designed especially for hot sleepers. Made with ultra-soft Bamboo Lyocell, it feels incredibly soft and lightweight while still giving me that cozy “wrapped in a blanket” feeling I love—without feeling heavy or overly warm. ✨

And as you can probably tell from the video… Hena has already claimed it too. 😂🤍

✓ Bamboo Lyocell
✓ Ultra-soft & lightweight
✓ Designed for hot sleepers
✓ Machine washable
✓ Certified free from harmful chemicals

Sometimes better sleep doesn’t require a big change—just the right little upgrade. 🌙

Are you also someone who needs a blanket year-round, no matter how warm it is? 👇🏻

Does anyone else sleep with a pregnancy pillow and they aren't pregnant? 👀🫣 Asking for a friend 😂

Anyone in any part of the hair industry knows your body needs to be taken care of in order to have a long healthy career! Working out, eating well, and of course good sleep are what keep me going. Thank you @yanasleep for helping my sleep get that much better!

Don't forget to take care of your body as we go into the weekend!

The worst part of my second trimester has been the round ligament pain and barely sleeping at night 😮‍💨 but the issue is that I run SO hot and the pillow I had tried before this one made it worst. After asking a lot of y’all for suggestions on my stories, I settled on getting a pregnancy pillow that was also cooling and that’s how I found @yanasleep 🤍

Their 360° body pillow has a cooling gel fill perfect for my night sweats. It also wraps around my entire body, bump, back and hips, stays in place all night which I needed because of how much pain I’ve been in. Even my sciatica has been bad. People have said it’s likely because of my endometriosis and previous uterine surgeries too. Anyone relate? 🥴

I genuinely don’t know why I waited until second trimester to get one. If you’re pregnant (or have endo belly like i did before this) and struggling to sleep, do yourself a favor and invest in a good pillow. My ŌURA sleep score thanks me 👏🏼👏🏼

This short audition journey has already felt like lifetimes

I’ve been spending about 2 hours a day learning, listening and practicing, in addition to my day job, band, UGC and regular life. Plus, I still need my brain to function so sleep is non-negotiable (thanks @yanasleep for making the BEST body pillow)

In the next episode I’ll be sharing about what it’s been like to write the solos for this rock n’roll audition 🤘💖

Calling all pregnant & postpartum mamas✨

We all hear pregnant mama’s talking about sleeping with a pregnancy pillow, but no one talks about postpartum sleep!

So here I am to tell you, you will still benefit from the Yana sleep 360* body pillow as a postpartum mama! You will especially appreciate it if you are experienced a c-section or any tearing during labor/delivery.

I got the natural latex & I am obsessed with it! Never going back to sleeping without this!

After a weekend full of celebrating, we were more than ready for some much needed rest. Between editing all the memories we captured and catching up on sleep, our @yanasleep bamboo cooling blanket was the perfect way to wind down.
