25 years & a whole generation later… back to the school that raised me in ways I’ll never forget 🤍 It’s hard to believe it’s been 25 years since we walked out of those school gates. Life pulled all of us into different paths, different cities, different stories. People we once saw every single day slowly became names we barely said out loud. But this reunion… it brought all of that back. We slipped back into old friendships, old jokes, old comfort — the kind you don’t recreate anywhere else. STCS has always been deeply personal to me, a place my dad believed in long before I understood its impact. His persistence is the reason my brother and I found our way here, and it’s something I carry with quiet gratitude. For a moment it felt like we were right back where we left off. These glimpses are going to be treasured. The last photo is the one that reminds us who we were before the world shaped us. When the girls relay group is back together 🫶🏽 the team that never stopped cheering for each other Full circle with the people who shaped me The tree that saw our first friendships and still stands witness 25 years later What a privilege it is to revisit core memories, a million inside jokes and get to make new ones. The ache of passing places where your best memories still breathe. To the principal who saw stars in us long before we learned to shine The originals, reunited 🫶🏽 I love you, my girl. You’ll always have a piece of my heart! Revisiting the place that built us 🫂 Memories that still breathe in these halls ♥️ The people who made school feel like home — still doing it Proof that time can’t touch certain friendships The comfort that only childhood friends can give It’s never the place. It’s always the people! The nostalgia hit different when the right people were standing beside me The kind of reunion that feels like opening a window to childhood The same laughter, the same chaos, the same us…just 25 years later 🥹 May be in another universe we will go to the same school again 🧿❤️🫂 This is the version of us I’ll always carry….the beginning of every memory we returned to 25 years later 🥹🫂❤️

The pandemic changed everything… but it also showed me a beautiful new way to stay connected with my students miles away. Leaving New York wasn’t easy — a piece of my heart stayed there. But teaching ONLINE made sure the connection never did. Different countries, early mornings (5:30 AM!), and countless classes later… the bond only grew stronger. Ten years in New York… and every second was worth it. 🗽❤️ This city made me..it tested me, broke me, rebuilt me, and turned me into the dancer, teacher, and person I am today.
