You never really notice when a place starts feeling like home until it’s time to leave. Since 2022, this has been my parallel life. A place where strangers became family, where every shift had a story, and where the hardest days somehow became the ones I learned from the most. Walking away isn’t easy, but I know I’m not really leaving behind what mattered most. I’m simply taking it with me into the next chapter: same purpose, different path🩺 To my 205 heroes, thank you. I wish everyone could see what happens behind the scenes: the sleepless nights, the sacrifices, the emotional weight that comes with the job, and yet the way you still answer the next call with the same commitment. You may not always hear it, but your work matters, and it never goes unnoticed by the people who stood beside you.
