Thanks for sponsoring me and the amazing charity Coppafeel. The craft challenge continues until the end of the month so I’m going to try and get a pair of socks knitted by next weekend. The link to sponsor remains in my bio, so do feel free to donate!!
The blanket is being gifted to an amazing woman who has been incredible through her breast cancer journey over the last few years 💝🎀 #crochetersofinstagram #sponsorship #breastcancerawarenessmonth🎀 #stylecraftclevercrafters #stylcraftspecialaran Yarn from Yarn Etc, Harrogate as usual ❤️

Autumn is here and I am loving the colours, the birdlife and the cosy crochet projects it brings. Currently making one of my Yarndale purchases

Blocking a baby pram blanket for a special little one who arrived earlier in the year.
I finished it in the summer but it wasn’t needed in the heatwave so I’ve waited until the days are getting cooler.
I’ll pop it in the post and look forward to meeting the little chap soon.

There are a few lots of this little project available @yarn_etc there’s enough yarn to make at least 2 with hoops, battery tealights and instructions all in the kit. You could even make some@little bits of bunting flags with yarn to string between the lanterns… just sayin’

Driven by a passport… never traveled so much within 2 weeks for yarn! Thanks to @north_yorkshire_yarn_trail and to all the small bizz’s partaking in the trail💚🧶

Two Tests Knits for @limuncrafted

Rarely tempted to knit anything twice but the Rene Grid stitch pattern is addictive … not too complicated making very portable anytime/any place projects but just enough to make them very ‘just one more pattern repeat’ so no sooner had I finished test knitting the #ReneGridVest I signed up to knit the #ReneGridBlouse

It’s been an absolute delight as Rita’s patterns are extremely well presented with very clear instructions / charts resulting in great textured pieces.

All yarns came from my #LYS @yarn_etc
Vest:
@baarameweknits Linseed Lace No 215 Hamlet
@rosarios_4 Caravela No 29
This combo is so soft and silky, fab drape & gives a faint tweed finish

Blouse:
Decided to try an ombré marled effect by mixing these yarns which went together fell, again a tweed effect that holds its shape but is very soft
@rico_design Fashion Cotton Merino Lace colourway No 3 Roses
@hjerte_garn Fine Highland Wool colourway 1813 Red
@onionknit Soft Organic Wool& Nettles colourways 1504 & 1524

Fabulously cute buttons from @looplondonloves & @knitwithmeuk finished the garments off nicely

Do you have a pattern or stitch technique that you gladly knit again?

Lots of ups and downs with this cardigan because of my discontinued yarn dilemma but as seen in multiple previous videos, she was completed with big delight!!!

Into the pinks... and I am LOVING watching these little piles of colour grow! 🥰

This time I've been playing with Tulip, Shocking Pink, Cherry, Hot Red & Colonial Rose in @scheepjes Catona, alongside Fondant Pink, Pinkberry, Vintage Pink, Paprika & Petal Pink in @yarnsmiths Create DK 🩷❤️🧡

Crochet really is my happy place... so I think this name couldn't be more perfect! 🧶💕

What colour would YOUR happy place be? 🌈

Stitch markers bought from @yarn_etc 👌

P.s, its hubbys birthday today so we are having a day of celebrating 🍾 😀 @grez.smith
