🎀 THIS THURSDAY, WE PINK OUR PRACTICE 🎀

This Thursday, October 22nd, wear PINK to any class at District Hot Yoga in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗

We’ll move together for the fighters.
For the survivors.
For the families.
For the ones we’ve lost.
And for every person whose life has been touched by breast cancer.

Sometimes something as simple as showing up in pink can be a beautiful reminder that no one fights alone.

Let’s fill BOTH studios with pink. 🎀💗

Come practice. Come support. Come as you are… just wear a little pink. 💕

Meet the humans who help you breathe deeper, move through the hard stuff, laugh a little more, and leave feeling just a little lighter than when you walked in.

Some of the women who have shaped me✨my beautiful children, and the incredible people I get to hold space with along the way.🙏

Whether you are a mother, a mother figure, or someone who shows up in a way that nurtures, guides, and holds others… I want you to know you’ve impacted mine.

There are so many forms of mothering in this world. Some are loud and visible, others are quiet but all of them matter. All of them leave an imprint.

Love you 💕

✨ THE BOAT CHALLENGE IS COMING! ✨🚤

Last year… we PLANKED it. 😮‍💨🔥

This year… we’re leveling up and we’re BOATING it.

Just in time for March, spring awakening, and a fresh energetic reset, we’re inviting you to join our studio-wide Boat Challenge — a fun, empowering way to strengthen your core, ignite your inner fire, and build mental resilience.

Because Boat Pose isn’t just about abs…

It’s about balance.

It’s about breath under pressure.

It’s about showing up when your mind says “drop.”

And the timing couldn’t be more perfect…
#With the New Moon energy… we plant new intentions. With the Chinese New Year… we welcome a new cycle of growth. And with the Horse energy… we move forward with courage, freedom, and momentum.

This challenge is about stepping into the season ahead with strength in your body, clarity in your mind, and openness in your heart.

New season. New energy. New YOU.

Who’s ready to BOAT with us?! 🚤🔥

Drop a 🐎 in the comments if you’re in!

Worked the front desk this morning and got to witness something so special after Lavina’s 11am Stretch + Restore.

One by one, students walked out saying:
“I’m floating.”
“I feel so at peace.”
“I feel SO good.”

And one student said: “That was the best class I’ve ever taken. My entire body feels like it got a reset better than a massage.”

Just the happiest, most blissed-out energy all morning 🥹🙏

Lavina, thank you for what you bring to that room. Your presence and the way you hold space truly makes a difference.

May the zen be with you ✨🧘‍♀️

After class GLOW UP✨

A powerful Yin Yasa this morning led by the masterful @tgluvsyoga ✨
The perfect balance of effort and ease.

Trish guides you through juicy, unhurried warm-ups before gently turning up the heat with Sun Salutations and a dynamic flow that builds strength, presence, and breath. And just when your body feels awake and alive, she invites you to soften… melting into the earth through deeply grounding Yin poses.

Longer-held shapes that stretch the connective tissue, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling both open and rooted.
This class is a full-body exhale. 🤍
