استضاف نادي سبورتنج و نظمت منطقة الإسكندرية للجمباز بطولة الهواة للجمباز الإيقاعي للسنة الثانية على التوالي وذلك خلال يومى ٣ و ٤ يوليو بالصالة المغطاة للألعاب الجماعية، بمشاركة العديد من النوادى و المؤسسات الرياضية و قد قدمن جميع اللاعبات الكثير من العروض الخاصة و الممتعة و نالت حب كل المشجعين

My first ever World Cup Final ❤️✨

I’m so proud and grateful to have qualified for the Ribbon Final at the Beijing RG Challenge World Cup. Competing against gymnasts I’ve always looked up to and making my first World Cup final is a milestone I’ve been working towards for a long time.

A huge thank you to @olgalobas for your constant support, belief and dedication every single day. Thank you to my federation @egf_egypt for giving me the opportunity to represent my country on the international stage and to everyone who has supported me throughout the beginning of this season.

This result is the product of countless hours in the gym and it’s given me even more motivation for the competitions ahead. There is still so much work to do but I’m excited to keep learning, improving and pushing for more.

A special week in Beijing and a moment I’ll never forget. On to the next one! 🇮🇹❤️ الحمد لله

2026 AFRICAN CHAMPION 🏆🇪🇬
Happy to have the opportunity to compete in the 20th African Championships in 🇿🇦 and come home as the African Champion 🏆🌟 with 1st all around 🥇, 1st team🥇,1st ball 🥇 , 2nd hoop 🥈 and 2nd clubs 🥈.
Grateful to every person who supported me with a word, advice, correction, motivation, or simply believing in me 🙏🙏

African Championships 2026🇿🇦🥇✨ Competing at the African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships 2026 was an unforgettable experience and a moment of great pride for me as part of the Egyptian National Team. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to compete at such a high level and to finish the championship ranked first in 6/8 routines. Despite facing a very difficult week after being hospitalized shortly before the competition, I was determined to give my absolute best and fight until the very end. I am proud to have won a total of 4 gold medals🥇 2 silver medals🥈 and also to have achieved most of my highest scores this season at an FIG competition. While every competition comes with lessons and challenges, I leave South Africa even more motivated, confident and focused for what is ahead🇩🇪 Everything happens according to God’s plan and I am thankful for the strength, support and experiences this championship gave me. Thank you to the egf, my coaches, teammates, family and everyone who stood by me throughout this journey. فريدة بهنس.. بطلة منتخبنا الوطني للجمباز الإيقاعي💫🇪🇬

ضمن احتفالية أبطال الجمباز المصري، وبحضور معالي وزير الشباب والرياضة الدكتور أشرف صبحي، ورئيس الاتحاد المصري للجمباز الدكتور إيهاب أمين، تم تكريم البطلة فريدة بهنس بعد إنجازها التاريخي في بطولة العالم للجمباز الإيقاعي للناشئات 2025.

فريدة قدّمت أداءً استثنائيًا تُوّجت من خلاله بـ الميدالية الفضية على أداة الصولجان، لتدخل قائمة المتوجات على مستوى العالم، وتكتب اسمها بين أبرز نجمات المستقبل في الجمباز الإيقاعي.

وشهد لحظة تكريمها كل من:
المهندس إيهاب لهيطة – نائب رئيس نادي الجزيرة الرياضي،
والأستاذة ياسمين سمير – عضو مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المصري للجمباز،
إلى جانب أسرتها الداعمة لمسيرتها،
ومدربتها الكابتن نادين تامر، التي كان لها دور بارز في صقل موهبتها.

إنجاز فريدة لا يمثل فقط تتويجًا لمسيرة واعدة، بل يبشّر بجيل جديد قادر على تحقيق إنجازات عالمية في الجمباز الإيقاعي.
