Last night, around 10pm, the power went out across Koliwada Village.

We were packed. Full house. A holiday eve. Everyone had shown up expecting a very good night, and suddenly, darkness.

BSES got us back up around 11pm. For about 15 minutes.

Then, out again.

So we did what you do when the night must go on. A diesel generator truck made its way to Slink, parked outside, and the night carried on.

And this is the part that got us.

People waited.

Inside. Outside. In their cars. For an hour.

Nobody left.

By 12:20am, the power was back, the room was full, the music was on, and somehow the whole night felt even more electric than it had before.

We’ve always believed a great night is made by the people in the room. Last night, you proved it.
