If our members are evolving, we should be too. A year ago, we updated the Canadian Women In Food website for the first time since 2019. Now we’re updating it again. This round started with our first logo change in 12 years. And it became an opportunity to make sure our website reflects the bigger purpose behind our work. CWIF brings women across the food industry together into a community where their ambitions are recognized, their experiences are valued, and their challenges are understood. As that community grows, we learn more about what women need to move their businesses forward. Our job is to listen and act on what we learn. That shapes the connections we create, the resources we offer, and the opportunities we pursue. Evolution is a fundamental part of who we are. Our website needs to reflect that. And I think it raises a fair question: If your association isn’t evolving along with you, how well is it serving your needs? Take a look at our updated website.
