POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is my biggest project so far: 4 solo tracks, a collab with the incredible artist @joeminosaur and a 140 remix from boss @insigniodnb who also did crisp mastering of the EP. And @naifa_grfk made unreal visuals as well!
Thank you @yb_recs team for accepting the tracks and making it see the day!

👥 SDR PREMIERE 012

Portugal crew Yanked Beats presents their new release by Samotek.

Who among you would dare say they don’t know Samotek? Indeed, the Moscow-based artist has gone beyond the concept of prolific output in recent years. So, after he’s been signed by all our colleagues at Samsara Beats, Defrostatica, Freshmoon, Muti, and more, we simply had to invite him ourselves!
True to form—and this is what makes his talent so renowned—he never ceases to surprise us with every beat, every bassline, and every melody.
Special mention goes to Minosaur, with whom Samotek has created a track featuring “classic house” influences in the vocals, taking us deep inside.
Insignio couldn’t miss out on such a celebration! Hence his remix of the EP’s title track: “Eureka.”

Genre: Footwork
Country: Portugal

Artist: Samotek
Track: Shall Not Pass
Label: Yanked Beats
Release Date: September 30th 2026

Go for it! The world is yours! Theres no dream out of reach, just the path can be longer or shorter.

Thanks @yanked_beats for the chance, thank you @goncaloincendiario for everything.
Thank you @insigniodnb for the amazing masters.

And thank you everyone who crossed path with me. You ve made me who i am!

Listen to «Nimbal Lemon Particle» by WTVR & 451F taken from «Interferences» out on September 15th via Yanked Beats

Welcome to the underground of the Portuguese underground. Not necessarily the oldest members, but at least among the most active and the most honest, because WTVR and 451F are the kind of artists who are involved, not to say committed, in their artistic approach and in all their cultural activism. Whether it’s a career as a “pyromaniac” visual artist or one made up of encounters and accidents, these two producers certainly share a desire to defy the boundaries between genres, both thirsting for sonic experimentation.

So, is it still footwork? Is it still jungle? Or halftime? Or breakcore? Not really... and a bit of all that at the same time. And that’s what makes this production so interesting. So, let’s experiment!

Listen to “Lost Keen” by Insignio taken from “Lost keen” out on March 25th via Yanked Beats

Link in bio

“After his acclaimed single ‘Everytime’ last January, Insignio’s long-awaited debut album, Lost Keen, is now out!
As well as his role as label manager of Yanked Beats, Portuguese artist Afonso Silva is also a seasoned producer with many years’ experiences working on a variety of projects and under a variety of pseudonyms, including Insignio, who has been with the label for 6 years now.
Already signed to a number of EPs, tracks and remixes for other labels, this album is only his second release on his own label. And this second production clearly expresses his desire to push the boundaries of genres to the limit.
Eight tracks that allow him to hybridize his influences, as diverse and varied as they are, and demonstrate his ease in composing any kind of atmosphere or emotion.”
