Watermelon fans ready for the National March in London tomorrow! 🪭🍉💃🏾
The ceasefire is being constantly breached with hundreds in the strip killed since it started. Humanitarian aid is still being blocked and volunteer doctors prevented from entering. The West Bank is under attack. We still need to raise our voices against the ongoing Jen no side in whatever way we can.
If you’re in the flamenco community in the UK and would like to march with us DM me.
I am supporting a family of six trying to survive this horror. Please donate to their fundraiser via the link in my bio 🙏🏼⬆️

Flamenco Collaborative, Muddy Puddle — 9 August 2025

There’s nothing more beautiful than sharing a dream that belongs no more to me than it does to everyone else.

I’m so happy for the beautiful collaboration we created together in our Flamenco Guitar Course. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who made it happen: to @themuddy_puddle for hosting this idea and supporting it every step of the way; to all the guitar students; to @ago_hernandez and his wonderful cajón students; to our lovely singers @lauragflamenco @preenaraya and Laura Carrasco; to @josie_sinna for delivering an amazing class; and to our talented dancers @yben.xx @blanca.bcc @carlosbarag @sherynakiki and Kenza, who brought the course to its perfect finale.

What a joy it has been to dream, create, and celebrate together. 💃🎶❤️

I don’t know whether it was the ridiculous notion of ‘those who can’t, teach’ getting stuck in my system or my own lack of belief but I never fully valued my role as a facilitator/ teacher. Buying into the thought that it diminished my own artistry.

I could not have been more wrong. As I evolve & punctuate this chapter, I recognise the full value of how all the beautiful souls I’ve taught, collaborated with & held space for, have, in turn shaped & supported my own learning and artistry, and how deeply proud of them I am for their growth & creativity.

Huge gratitude to @mellimbond & @dorcasdedeney for initiating and trusting me to lead an adult drama class 10 years ago.

I’ve curated and co-created many courses since, and am truly touched by the kindness of my participants & companies. Your words & community have moved me more than I can express. I’m excited for us all as we keep the connection alive in whatever form that takes….watch this space….but for now…

Cheers to change!

I loved doing a sky dive from the highest height ~ the view is so worth it & the extra free-fall is a fu**ing thrill!!

So I’m making a pact with myself even though scared, to take a deep breath and

Leap. Fly. Learn. Grow. Repeat.

Who’s with me?
