If I try hard enough will I see the city of stars
As I tour around the world stumbling out of bars?

Will I find friends along the way and never forget the ones who used to make my day?

If I try hard enough will I be seen
Or will I sit in my room at night feeling lonely and lean?

Will my body keep up with my mind or will it slowly begin to crumple and bind?

If I try hard enough will the people I love understand when I come and go?
Or will their hearts tell them I was nothing but an echo.

Will I grow to find love someday or am I bound to always push it away?

If I try hard enough I’ll answer these questions someday and hopefully see all my friends I’ve made along the way.

Goodbye Interlakes, I wish I could say it was sweet but I’ve never pushed myself harder or stretched myself further. If I’m lucky enough, I will never forget this place nor the people who made it bearable for me.

“Then I grew up, and realized I was mysterious and fascinating. I’m Sally Bowles.”

I am without words. This role, this show, this cast has meant the world to me. Countless nights of research, heartbreak, and 1930s British movies went into this role and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I must thank @nancy.s.barry.7 for taking a chance on me in this role, and I have to thank my castmates for holding me in this show and always be there by my side. This will not be the last time, but I’m so incredibly grateful that it was my first production of “Cabaret”.
