STROKE SURVIVORS SHOULD NOT COMPARE THEMSELVES. Learning to adapt to life after stroke, a new identity and different responsibilities IS NOT EASY....but its doable! #tbisurvivor #lifeafterstroke #yourself #balancing #strokesurvivor @yearofsmallwins @beatingtheoddspodcast2025

SO grateful to receive this! 🥹✨📆 @yearofsmallwins is a female founded business based out of New Zealand with a mission to help people nail their habits but do it without any apps Their calendar is undated so you can start at any time, is very aesthetic and such nice quality. I can’t wait to plan to smash out my final new months of 2026 and use this calendar to hit all my goals!! If you also had habit tracking apps and are looking for a way to support your goals but off your phone, make sure to check out this small biz cause it might just save your life! Love you legends! - Piper xx

Idk about all of you, but I’m finding being online in the fitness/wellness space fairlyyyyy overwhelming the last few days It’s nothing new, obv September comes around every year. But why does it feel like this year September has wayyyy more intensity than ever before? I’ve seen content that’s saying “September is the new January” - apparently, where we all need to change everything we know, start 10 new hobbies and grab life by the balls because we’ve ONLY GOT 4 MONTHS LEFT of 2026‼️‼️‼️ And I get that it’s true. And it also is a great time to start new things, post-summer, use the early mornings for grafting and make the most of the light during the day before cosy evenings. I doooo get it, ok? Butttt I still think it pressures us into chasing unrealistic goals, when instead we should use this shift to double down on the good we are already doing. Too many of us miss the little moments that create the bigger shifts. The habits that build up to make the progress. But we can’t miss them if we track them girlies 👀✍🏼 I’m so excited to start using @yearofsmallwins to see my habit consistency across the rest of this year and into the next (perks of being undated yay!) and seeing it physically being ticked off is that big dopamine hit we all need in this grim Glasgow weather 🌦️ DC: LAUREN15 for some pennies off too!!!! #yearofsmallwins #whatismeasuredismanaged #onlinecoach #habittracking
