Gold star behaviour ⭐️⭐️⭐️

You know the riders we’re talking about 👀

Adding resistance when the instructor says ADD.
Cheering on your neighbour.
Coming back for your 2nd ride.
And bringing that ENERGY every. single. ride. 👏

Consider this your official gold star ⭐️

What’s the ultimate gold star behaviour in the spin studio? Drop yours below 👇

This month, as @andjulietbway prepares to ROAR into Western Canada, @yyccycle & @yegcycle have been cranking the hits and getting riders fired up! We couldn’t wait to show up to Brock’s class in Calgary - and can confirm, the tunes are 🔥.

Congrats to the winners in each city who spun and won their ways into Opening Night, and thanks to the awesome motivators (and supporters behind-the-scenes) for bringing the show into the studio! 🎧🩷
