The OPeeps are back at it with another feedback session! 💬✨

We kicked things off with a breakout room check-in:

🎙️ What type of content do you really want to create?

🚀 If you're already creating it, what helped?

🚧 If you haven't started, what's the resistance?

It was great hearing everyone share the content they want to pursue and what’s been holding them back.

Then, we leveled up. 🎮 We gamified the feedback portion—everyone who shared their insights earned XP! It was so much fun seeing almost everyone jump in and participate.

Through this, OPeeps didn't just practice developing an eye for great content; they also learned how to give actionable feedback tailored to their batchmates' specific target audiences. Win-win! 🏆

Kaizen Session #7: What happens when we allow ourselves to be seen?

This week, our OPeeps were reminded that growth doesn’t always have to happen alone.

Sometimes, sharing the struggle makes it lighter. And when joy is shared, somehow, it becomes even bigger.

Here are some of the insights our Campmates are taking with them:

“Shared struggle is half the struggle, but shared joy is a double joy.”

Struggling with expressing yourself? Reach out to your Campmates. You don’t always have to figure it out by yourself.

“Vulnerable is not a bad thing. It’s your bridge to your audience.”

Being seen doesn’t always mean having everything figured out. Sometimes, vulnerability is what allows people to connect with the real you.

“Embrace the cringe. Embrace being FREE.”

Not everything has to look perfect before you put yourself out there. Sometimes, freedom starts when you stop overthinking how you’re being perceived.

And this Kaizen Session, we’re also back to something that makes the experience special: giving feedback to our batchmates.

Because Kaizen isn’t only about looking inward.

It’s also about learning how to see people.

To notice their progress.

To recognize what they might not see in themselves yet.

To celebrate the small shifts.

And to offer perspective that can help someone take their next step.

Maybe that’s one of the beautiful things about growing in community:

You get to see yourself through your own eyes—

and sometimes, through the eyes of people who are walking beside you.

Small reflections. Honest feedback. Shared courage.

One step better, together.*

That’s Kaizen.

The world doesn't need another creator doing the exact same thing.

What it needs is **your perspective.**

The places you visit, the experiences you have, even the stories you tell—other people can have those too.

But no one can tell them the way you do.

That's what makes your content memorable.

Adult friendships bring a different kind of conversation.

Sometimes, the best conversations aren't about reminiscing the past—they're about dreaming bigger, seeing new possibilities, and reminding each other that there's still so much to look forward to.

Every dad has a story.

Before the advice.
Before the dad jokes.
Before the responsibilities.

May kuwento muna kung paano sila naging ama—and how that journey changed them.

This Father's Day episode is our way of celebrating the men behind the title. 💙
