Super grateful to be able to teach the girlies Pilates during @huestayo hen do in Morocco after hours of pushing myself to study. We managed to make the most of our villa towels and did some mat exercises on the grass 😅 The girls said they appreciated learning about the principles of Pilates and moving their bodies in ways some of them haven’t before. This is the second time I’ve taught internationally now and I’m really looking forward to my journey of being the best Pilates teacher I can be. In future you can follow me on @yellowaurapilates for any Pilates related content💛
