Restaurant consulting means paying attention when a place gets more than one thing right.

At Blue Orbit Restaurant Consulting, that is what we noticed at Yeppa & Co. in Buckhead.

The food gets your attention first. Prosciutto, burrata and warm focaccia. Pasta that looks like it belongs in front of you with a glass of red wine.

But Yeppa is also about the energy around the food. The patio was full, people were settling in for the evening, and the whole place had that social, slightly lively feeling that works especially well for an Italian restaurant.

That combination is not accidental.

Good food gets people through the door. But the room, the service, the pacing and the atmosphere all play a part in whether they want to stay, come back and bring someone with them next time.

Those are the things we are always looking at at Blue Orbit. Prosciutto, burrata and pieces of focaccia served on a platter with a glass of red wine at Yeppa & Co. in Buckhead, Atlanta.
