I-Listen Episode—Ms. Pie didn’t just talk about losing her mom. She showed us what it looks like to hold both grief and grace at the same time. To miss someone terribly, and still pray for the person who caused that pain.
To cry, and still choose to be kind. To be broken, and still choose to love.

We realized forgiveness is not a gift you give to the person who hurt you. It’s a gift you give to yourself. It’s you saying, “I deserve peace more than I deserve revenge.” She taught us that justice and forgiveness can live in the same room. That you can let the law do its work while your heart does its healing.

Thank you so much, Ms. @yescppicache . You didn’t just bring your mom’s story — you brought with you what it truly means to keep living after a pain you thought you could never survive.

Your healing became our hope. 🙏❤️

Finished watching the I-Listen episode with Ms. Pie and it really hit me. I always thought forgiveness means wala na yung pain. Tapos na, okay ka na. But maybe healing doesn’t look like not crying anymore. Maybe it’s crying and still choosing to move forward. You carry the pain pero hindi mo na hinahayaan na siya yung mag control sayo. What hit me most is she chose to forgive not because it was easy, but because she wanted peace. Hindi lang para sa taong nakasakit sa kanya, but for herself din. Ayaw niya na mabuhay na stuck lang sa galit. That’s radical love indeed. It’s not gentle, it’s not convenient. It’s choosing not to become what broke you. You look at your wound and you decide it will not become your weapon. She forgave him pero she let justice do its work. Dun ko na gets na you can forgive and still have boundaries. Forgiveness is not permission, it’s freedom. It taught me na forgiveness is not saying okay lang yung ginawa nila. It’s not forgetting. It’s choosing na hindi ka habang buhay nakatali dun sa sakit. This happened, it broke me, pero hindi dito matatapos yung kwento ko. Sometimes no sorry will come, minsan walang closure. Pero you can still stand up and decide na mas malaki ka kesa sa nangyari sayo. Forgiveness was never about them being sorry. It’s about you finally giving yourself permission to be free na talaga. Salute to you, Ms. @yescppicache . For showing us what real strength looks like — not the absence of pain, but the presence of love in the middle of it. Thank you for not just telling us about forgiveness, but for showing us how painful and holy it can be. For proving that you can grieve and still love, that you can be broken and still choose kindness. You turned your deepest wound into a doorway for others to heal. We see you, we honor you, and we carry your story with us. ❤️‍🩹🙏✨
