POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve spent most of my life being coached, coaching someone else’s kids, or watching someone coach mine.

And I don’t think I fully understood the trust involved in that middle one until I became a sports parent myself.

For so many years, families trusted me with a person who mattered more to them than anything. They let me challenge their kids, believe in them, hold them accountable, celebrate them and be part of some pretty important years of their lives.

Now I get to be on the other side of that.

I get to watch coaches invest in my kids. Teach them things I can’t. See things in them I might not see. Push them in ways they sometimes need from someone other than me.

It has made me even more grateful for every family who gave me that same opportunity.

And for all the coaches who did it for me first.

Happy National Coaches Day to the coaches who have been part of my story, the athletes and families who let me be part of theirs, and the coaches who are now becoming part of my kids’ stories. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the @livestrong Challenge yesterday at Auditorium Shores! 💛

We had an incredible time connecting with over 2,000 cyclists, runners, walkers, and spectators. It was a fantastic opportunity to share our delicious Shār Snacks with such an inspiring community.

Special thanks to my twin brother and partner, Yetta, for being in town to help us work the event. Your support made it even more memorable!

Thank you to the organizers for having us as a vendor again this year. Together, we’re making a positive impact on health and wellness!

🌟 A huge shoutout to the entire Outside Magazine team for creating one of the best festivals today! The passion, creativity and energy you brought to the event was incredibly impressive, and we are so grateful for all you did to make sure the experience for everyone was second to none. 🌟

With 18,000 attendees, including nearly 20% from out of state, Denver's downtown park (Civic Center Park) was buzzing with excitement. From the booths and climbing walls to the music stage, the atmosphere was electric. The Denver Art Museum hosted insightful panel discussions and film screenings, while the greenspace between Civic Center and the capitol was transformed by outdoor companies, creating a vibrant and dynamic experience for all.

Thank you to everyone—the organizers, producers, speakers, attendees, security, and the seemingly endless army of team members—who ensured we had everything we needed and constantly sought ways to improve our experience.

We were grateful to be able to shār our impossibly good snacks to all of the festival goers and industry folk in hashtag#PlasticFree packaging to help minimize the eco-impact as much as possible.

Our calendars are already marked for Outside 2025, and we know it's going to be one of the best events of the year. 🗓️✨ Few things compare to celebrating the beauty and wonder of the outdoors and gathering with others who appreciate it as much as we do at Shār. 🌍💚

Outside Festival - Day 2 - in the books. And 'wow' what a day it was.
Way to go team Outside!! 🙌 🏆 🏔️

The Outside Team did an unbelievable job at creating a varied and interactive atmosphere with multiple venues covering interests for all.

Filled with family-friendly activities, inspiring speakers, engaging film screenings, and live music that kept everyone entertained and smiling all weekend. From climbing walls, dog experience, and wellness, to travel, music, and speaker panels - all in the heart of downtown Denver.

As one of the snack partners, shār was thrilled to be part of this amazing event, serving our impossibly good snacks in plastic-free packaging helping to create a more sustainable festival that entertains, gets people outside, and minimizes the impact to our planet.

Here’s to a wonderful weekend of outside fun, festive activities, stimulating learning experiences, and sustainable snacking! 🌱🍇🥜

Easy to feel blessed when your brother, after a busy day, teaches you how to cut tile and grout it in your own kitchen. AND you all video chat every Sunday night. So grateful.
