Here are just a few pictures from the past 7.5 years with CFA and FRV—years filled with unforgettable memories, challenges, growth, and the kind of friendships that are hard to put into words. To everyone I’ve had the privilege of working alongside: thank you. You weren’t just colleagues—you became my Victorian family, and you’ll always hold a special place in my heart. As many of you know, I’ve now officially transferred to SAMFS. It’s truly a dream come true to continue doing the job I love, back home in South Australia, surrounded by my family and lifelong friends. I feel incredibly blessed for this next chapter. I’m not crying you are 🥲 #crank #donkey #sliperywilson #whereisyourhelmet

Happy MILESTONE FRIDAY ‼️😍🎉😎 Let’s celebrate some wins 🤝 700 CLASSES for Sharon 😍 This lady just inspires us every single day. At the young age of 73, she continues to kick major goals. She lifts heavy in our Strength classes, she fights to get her heart rate up in HIIT and encourages those around her to do the same. Not to mention, she’s hitting her second @hyroxaus race this year but this time is racing as a SOLO 💪 A whole heap of 300 milestones too! Congrats to Rob, Paris, Em, Viv & Keen. A massive achievement to hit and there’s a whole lot of positive progress that has come with it! 😍 We’re incredibly grateful to have such legends like you guys at the gym. 2 hundy for Em aka the pocket rocket 🚀 Never a dull moment with this person at the gym. We appreciate you and your amazing energy! And last but not least, 100 classes for Wayno and Maria! This milestone has come along so quickly for both of these guys. Bring on the next couple 100 😉🙌🔥 #BFTClydeNorth #DifferentBetter

With just over a week left of our 8WC training block, you might be wondering what is next 🤔 The Benchmark is BACK! We have a brand new 9 week training block lined up designed to get you STRONG 💪 We will be primarily focusing on building skill proficiency and strength in our DEADLIFT and BENCH PRESS, which you will test at the start and at the end of the training block. Testing will occur in class for the first time, meaning that you won’t miss out on anything throughout the week or have to skip over those important rest days. And don’t worry, there will still be PLENTY of cardio because we know how important it is (and how much you all love it 😉). If you’re not a member yet, now’s the perfect time to get started on one of our trials. DM us for more information or download the BFT Booking phone app to explore your options! April 3 is GO time 💪 #BFTClydeNorth

🥇 8WC: MALE STUDIO WINNER - PARIS🥇 An absolutely incredible and well-deserved result from this guy. He’s shown some awesome consistency within his training as well as his diet. No massive changes made, just smart, sustainable and enjoyable (I think… 😂) ones that have made a massive difference. Like everyone else, Paris has his good, busy and crappy weeks - but regardless, has always walked in with a good attitude and got the work done. We’re absolutely stoked at Paris’ achievements not only because he’s a hard worker but he’s a freakin’ awesome human being. Be like Paris. Muscle mass 🔺 Body fat 🔻 = Challenge done ✅ Have a swipe to hear about his 8WC journey ⏭ #BFTClydeNorth #8WC #DifferentBetter
