MB Front Twist Rotational Power 🔥

First clip Yin still getting the rhythm, 2nd is way more smoother 💯
Adding locomotion in Medball power exercise teaches athlete how to produce force in multi-directional plane of motions.

Great job 👏🏻

Unexpected the 2nd one… 😜

A team sport success came from entire team effort, with head coach leading & other coaches fulfilling their roles only we make play good basketball game, develop proper culture or environment in order to help players to improve 💯
And it’s even more obvious when Coach Tracy mentioned the 2 most improved until this point is Kalai & YinYin, because these 2 girls have been playing under several different coaches & system for years.

And they still continue to flourish under Coach Tracy system!
Let’s go get a medal 🏅 back!
