Do it scared. Do it uncertain. Do it before you feel ready. Just make sure you do it!

I seriously thank God for the last 6 years of my life. I’ve journey through this independently, no manager, no one to foresee the things I might walk into. Just myself, God and the support of those around me. I’ve managed to work with some amazinggg people, run my own takeaway, travel to other countries both for bookings and to teach other chefs my recipes and now serving as a personal chef to some really chill people, from athletes to clients who just choose me to be a part of their relationship with food.

Not to be cheesy, but if there’s anyone in doubt of where your passions and skills can take you, allow this to be some kind of inspiration. For my whole working life i have spent every day doing what I love, and yes not every day is sunshine and rainbows but I rather my storms than anything else.
