We have a ton of new things to announce and if you want to know what’s up, become a member over on Patreon now! Submissions will reopen soon and we want to hear from you.

Because we've been gone for a while, and how the internet works, RM is probably not showing up for you anywhere. I can share new information, but it's no use if you don't see it. How can we fix this?

SHARE our work! This is really important. If you read something you loved on the site, take that link to twitter and tag us. Share it on IG. Share it in the group text. Mention it in your newsletter. This work is meant to be shared. It doesn't mean something only to me, but most importantly to our contributors. Sharing really is caring, y'all.

I have the baddest clients. I wrote in an earlier post that all of “this” is within your reach. The getting strong stuff. The learning new skills stuff.

To my knowledge, none of these women are professional athletes. They all have some things in common though. They’re intentional with their work, they show up for themselves, and they are patient with the process.

Realize that we all start somewhere. It’s never too late. You’re never too old (that’s not a thing). Some seasons are more difficult than others, but strength is a gift you give to yourself. You’ll never regret it 💪

I can’t believe my FIRST cookbook will hit shelves in just a little over 4 weeks 🥲…..

I don’t know if I have the words to explain how much this book means to me. My Great Grandmother Miss Saraphine Robinson affectionately known as “Nuncey” never learned how to read or write….so she didn’t write her recipes down and the only way my Grandmother learned her recipes was through verbal communication. Even though my Grandmother has a formal education she didn’t write her recipes down either. Cookbooks were unheard of in my family. “When you know you just know”…..Cooking is an innate thing for us…I guess you can say it’s just in my DNA 🧬…. But I really wanted something tangible to pass down to future generations in my family and of course to you all. That’s why The Way Home is so important to me 🥹. Please click the link in my bio to preorder your copy. Thank you ❤️
