Each Equinox teaches us that sustainable growth begins in equilibrium. The expansive fiery energy of Summer is now going to recede and make more room as each day passes for the cold and the dark to emerge. The energy of the Autumn Equinox takes us from outward bound towards more inward, preparing us to go into the stillness of the ‘in between’ space of the darkest winter months.

Step into the enchanting realm of Kundalini Vibrations – a workshop that weaves the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and the sublime resonance of sound healing to create harmony and balance within the cyclical shifts of our true nature. Kundalini Vibrations embraces you exactly where you are on your path, creating a canvas for self-discovery and transformation.

Together, we will gently release what no longer serves, restore balance within the nervous system and subtle body, and plant intentional seeds for the inward journey of the darker months ahead.

This immersive experience includes:

🍁 Kundalini Yoga Kriya, Mantra and Gong Bath
🍁 Breathwork for Mental Clarity
🍁 Guided Meditation
🍁 Reflection, Gratitude & Journaling
🍁 Seasonal Teachings to Maintain Balance and Harmony
🍁 Community Connection

The Autumn Equinox reminds us that there is beauty in both letting go and receiving. It is a time to honor the fullness of our experiences while surrendering with grace into the next chapter of our becoming.

When we participate in nature's cycles with intention, we embody her stamina of renewal and beauty through change. Rather than letting the season just be a backdrop to your routine and wardrobe, this workshop covers how to honor nature’s rhythms as a portal to your own evolution.

Step into the enchanting realm of Kundalini Vibrations – a workshop that weaves the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and the sublime resonance of sound healing. Kundalini Vibrations embraces you exactly where you are on your path, creating a canvas for self-discovery and transformation.

Tomorrow we have an astrological treat with six major celestial bodies stacking up in the summer sky, creating a high-voltage cosmic funnel pointing straight at your deepest emotional blueprint: your Moon sign. This is not just another fleeting retrograde phase; it is a profound energetic reset that will dictate how the soul’s true trajectory will pivot over the next six months. A planetary parade (alignment) amplifies the body's subtle energy. Pairing this celestial event with Kundalini practices helps clear energetic blockages, activate your chakras, and harness the planets' astrological influences for positive manifestation and spiritual growth.

Come experience and deepen your awareness of your Subtle Body - the light body that travels with you across lifetimes. Existing beyond time and space, the energy that carries the soul to liberation.

Through this practice you will experience:
💫Increased Energy and Alterness
💫Strengthening of the Nervous and Immune Systems
💫Positive Sense of Self and Community

The energy of summer is one of expansion and growth. Come explore practices that nourish all layers of the mind, body, soul and assist you to reach your full potential. 🧘🏼‍♀️
