Not too long ago my cousin came home from a trip to Morocco telling me about all these amazing women I needed to meet; specifically the “yoga lady”. Today I had the pleasure of meeting @ladydork on her first stop on her #DorkTour in Philadelphia. Though I was immediately intrigued by all of her extravagant poses on Instagram, this workshop, filled with hip and heart openers, that challenged me to acknowledge the mental work I need to do to heal and rid myself of 25 years of baggage. I won’t be healed the next time I see her, but I will be better. #fusedyogi
