POV: I asked someone to share their feelings in our concert. And this is what me and my band improvised

A moment from our last concert in Pankow House,Berlin.

His sharing was so profound, regarding these current times in humanity is facing, constant change, constant pain, and the choice to elevate the frequency through it all.
Thank you for these moments of touching a living work of art and get exposed in this way

Can’t wait to see you again this summer ♥️

All that I have to do…

…is to get out of my own way,

So that life can flow through me. 🤍

After being more quiet in the end of my twenties, getting completely lost, I feel more ready now than ever to fully step into the service that brought me to this Earth.

I’m excited to share cacao prayers, fire ceremonies and different somatic movements - let’s connect and collaborate.

I truly believe that the future is in working together and weaving our gifts as a community, rather than walking an individual path.

With love,
Spela Sol ✨🌞

🕊️‏Unity begins within us

‏A magical moment from our performance at the @ancient_trance during our recent European tour.

‏A moment of profound prayer for a vision where we all deepen our inner peace .
Through this, we can heal our relationships with one another and create a reality of harmony in the world.

‏Such a great privilege to travel the world and share this message. ❤️
