A few weeks ago, we had the honor of hosting 10 heroes in San Diego—Golani soldiers who faced unimaginable events on October 7th while protecting Israel and saving hundreds of civilians. The mental toll of such experiences is immense. The program calls @headsupsd_

For 12 days, we provided group therapy and sessions to help them cope and gain tools to move forward.

To the soldiers: Thank you for your bravery. You shouldn’t have had to go through this, and I am so sorry.

To our incredible community—your generosity knew no limits. Every time I asked for help, the answer was always “yes.”

A huge thank you to those who made this retreat possible:

To my amazing friends who opened their homes and hearts: @annieneimanm & Beto, Elana & Samuel, @tamaraklein & David, @karlagalicot & Rafa—thank you for the unforgettable hospitality and meals.

To our dedicated volunteers: @cooploongit , @vicktory.fit & Avi Libman, Lisa Katriel & @annablade , Michael Donner, Betty Kragh, @yaelaires & Jules Aires, @stevemack58 , @lesliemmorris , Ella Kukui, @nyppublisher , and Audrey Levin—your kindness made all the difference.

To our incredible hosts: @dandix22 & @esti.diski , Yoav, Dvir Benesh and @evelina.vai & @matkot_sd —thank you !

To @hamitbach_streetfood , thank you for always saying “yes” when we needed you.

To @matanhamias , your generosity knows no bounds.

To @shaipeer23 & Hen, thank you for hosting our farewell night and always supporting us.

@brandonblum10 @daniellablum_love , your support helped make this program possible. We are deeply grateful.

@tomerperetzart @the.8.project for having us in such a short notice and giving to those kids so much! Thank you for that!

A special thank you to:
@yohai_gino_ —for being by our side every step of the way.
@tamaraklein —for your dedication and tireless work in making this program happen.
Andrew & @funlikeb —for becoming family and founding @jewmanity_ , a nonprofit dedicated to helping Israel and the Jewish people around the world for years to come.

We continue to pray for the safe return of all hostages.

Thank you all for being part of Heads Up and for opening your hearts to help.

At The Chiropractic Circle, we use the Pro-ArthroStim® on almost every patient because it enhances adjustments, helps them hold longer, and plays a key role in improving posture and nervous system function.

💡 Why we use it:
✔️ Stimulates proprioceptors in the facet joints, improving brain-body communication and making adjustments more effective.

✔️ Helps maintain proper posture & prevent Tech Neck, reducing strain from forward head posture and screen time.

✔️ Delivers 12-14 rapid, controlled thrusts per second, providing a gentle yet powerful adjustment without the need for manual force.

✔️ Enhances nervous system function, reducing pain, improving mobility, and optimizing performance.

✔️ Works for all ages & conditions, from spinal care to extremity work, making it an essential tool for better overall function.

Better adjustments. Longer results. Less pain. The Pro-ArthroStim® is one of the best tools for keeping your spine aligned and your body functioning at its best!

Too often, we ignore the subtle signs our body is giving us.

We push through life, juggling work, family, and stress, only to wonder why our energy fades and discomfort sneaks in.

It’s the little things:

• A stiff neck or back after sitting too long
• That extra tension in your shoulders
• Fatigue that lingers even after a full night’s sleep
• Or those “normal” headaches that keep showing up

We chalk it up to aging, stress, or “just life.” But here’s the truth:

Stress doesn’t just happen—it builds up in your body, creating subluxations that interfere with your ability to adapt and heal.

Chiropractic care works to unlock your body’s innate ability to heal itself by removing subluxations and restoring optimal spinal movement. This clears the pathway between your brain and body, giving you the tools to handle stress better and thrive.

Imagine stepping into 2025 feeling healthier, moving better, and living with less stress and more vitality.

Your best self is waiting!

From paper to paradise, Jennifer’s dream yard is now a reality. In the front, there’s a beautiful desert scene 🌵with a cozy place to sit. The back? A clean, green space for the dogs to play without bringing dirt inside. 🐾 Curious about how we did it? Let’s talk about transforming your yard too.
