Don’t know how I could still talk the next day. I screamed like a lunatic for at least two hours straight, hung out with the freaking coolest gang ever and new friends, and the Backstreet Boys? OMG.

Absolute legends. They reminded everyone exactly why they’re still iconic. Backstreet’s back, alright… and somehow, so is my voice. 😂

A minute ride almost turned into 100 mile bike ride with @groupridevegas
.
Where me @yofitmindymia started St Rose Costco, pretty much rode all of Las Vegas to east towards Aliante and back towards Summerlin.
.
This was one of those rides where y’all gotta be super vigilant & aware of your surroundings.
.
Hence why @neldione gave this difficulty of this ride
4 🍌
Verdict: this ride will mold you if you’re competing for a triathlon or ironman.

See y’all at the next CENTURY ride 🔥

Caption “ familiar faces”
.
This title, familiar faces resonates within the runners that help build this community. Whether they are new, whether they’ve been considered an OG.
.
Although I couldn’t get everybody in the video.
.
These are some of the kindness people that you will meet in our run club.
.
@downtownkruz is Unique because they hold very high standards to preserve the culture the integrity, and of course the people’s safety.
.
By myself, I’m not perfect, but I come as much as I can on a weekly basis to simply run and vibe with the community that I can call home.
.
I love you all, thank you for attending flight school and blessing the streets.
.
See you all next week.
