Namastadium gave us the sweetest mom + daughter moments. It's not about the perfect pose, it's about being silly together. Who's your booth partner? Tag them ❤️

Gratitude Fest is a creation of our 300 hour teachers in training. They work hard for months to create an inclusive, accessible and celebratory community yoga event.

This is our fifth year of offering this family, friendly event for our community. Things were so great last year that we have officially outgrown our old space.

Join us on November 7th at the @utahculturalcelebrationcenter as we roll out a full day of yoga, mindfulness, workshops, vendor market, hourly drawings, and of course community connections.

We are looking for a few more vendors and drawing prizes!

Rain moved Namastadium indoors. ☔️
The energy didn't care. 😍 @universityofutah & @yoga.forward - Movement, mindfulness, and a photo booth line that wouldn't quit. This is why we do what we do. Were you there? 😊 Tell us your favorite moment👇🏼

Ogden Yoga Fest is THIS WEEKEND! Join Susan Beck’s Heart-Opening Yin Yoga taking place in the Royal Room from 7:30-8:30 PM on Sunday the 27th. @saltlakesusan Co-owner at Salt Studios @saltstudiosus, will be instructing the final class of the festival with live soundscape accompaniment by @subtlemanor. This class is free and open to all levels!

Slow down, soften, and create space in this Yin Yoga practice. Through long-held, supported poses, we’ll gently target the chest, shoulders, upper back, and hips while giving the nervous system an opportunity to settle. This class is an invitation to step away from doing and simply be—breathing deeply, releasing tension, and reconnecting with yourself. No previous Yin or yoga experience is needed. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling a little more open, grounded, and restored.

This final class of the evening is completely FREE and open to everyone! No ticket or previous yoga experience is needed. Simply come as you are, find your space, and close out Ogden Yoga Fest together.

Raffle tickets will be available for anyone who would like the chance to donate to an amazing cause and win amazing prizes, including handmade Adirondack chairs by The Monarch’s own @glenwilsonfink. 100% of raffle proceeds will benefit Yoga Forward @yoga.forward with winners drawn during this final community class.

Ogden Yoga Fest’s 4:30 PM instructor, Amanda Hinkhouse, is bringing Mantra Vinyasa to the Royal Room 🤍 Join Amanda for an all levels Vinyasa practice that moves with the breath, builds heat, and invites you to connect more deeply with yourself.🌬️ Through creative, alignment-based sequencing, we’ll explore the art and science of Vinyasa as a breath-focused moving meditation. We’ll close our practice with Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to balance the energy
channels and prepare the mind for stillness, followed by approximately 10 minutes of chanting OM. Allowing the vibration of OM to move through you, we’ll tap into the subtle bodies, deeper layers of the mind, and experience the quiet that resides within. All levels are welcome, and you’re invited to explore, breathe, and connect with yourself through movement, breath, and sound.🌀 @amandahinkhouseyoga @highergroundhotyoga
