There’s something special about the rhythm of a regular practice.

You show up. Roll out your mat. Breathe. Learn. Begin again.

Whether you’re new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, there’s a place for you in these classes. Each studio has its own energy, but the intention is always the same: to create a space where we can practice with sincerity, curiosity, and a little more awareness than we had yesterday.

Swipe through to find a class that fits your week. If you’re joining me for the first time, come say hello before class. I’d love to meet you.

See you on the mat.

This morning, after a long, creative shoot that ran until 1 a.m., @gaborojasj and I joined @zianamuzika_official for her hot yoga class at @yoga.makes.me —and it was just what we needed!

Even after amazing creative work, we woke up tired, and this class brought us back to life—transforming body, mind, and even skin.

Thanks, Ziana, and thanks Yoga Makes Me for the boost! #HotYoga #ResetAndRecharge

a year ago today I went to my first group fitness class. I was nervous, totally intimidated, and so sure I didn’t “belong” in a space like that. but I was welcomed, made to feel safe, and I just did what I could (which wasn’t much 😅). that class kickstarted everything - I found my love for fitness. I’d never been consistent before, but something in me clicked.

so grateful for all the instructors I take classes with now. I notice how they guide the room, hold it, read everyone’s energy, adjust form with the most delicate cue. I watch quietly, and I can often see when they are showing up for us, even if it’s at the forfeit of a part of themselves.

fast forward to now - around 220 hours of classes later - and it’s wild how much it’s become part of my life, how much it can affect my mood, how much I crave it. I love the movement, but even more, I’ve fallen in love with how confident I can feel in any new space - fitness and otherwise.

🎵 Learning Ashtanga: Like Learning an Instrument

Learning Ashtanga Yoga can feel challenging at first.
Maybe even a little repetitive… like playing the same notes over and over.
But think of it like learning to play a musical instrument.

At the beginning, it’s all about precision—figuring out where your fingers go, learning the notes, repeating the scales.
It might feel mechanical, maybe even frustrating.

But slowly, with time and devotion, something shifts.
The hands begin to move with more ease.
The breath begins to guide the body.
The rhythm becomes familiar.

And then…
You’re no longer just practicing—
You’re playing.
You’re feeling.
You’re flowing.

The sequence becomes your song.
The breath becomes the melody.
And your practice becomes a moving meditation.

So we take it one day at a time—step by step.
We learn the poses, the names, the transitions.
We honor the breath, we honor the effort.
Until one day, you find yourself dancing on your mat.
