If you’ve spent time in the Pavilion recently, you’ll have noticed our artfully sponsored toilet showcasing the talents and expertise of the excellent Fenella Lindsell!
( @yogaforever.ltd )

Fenella/Nell runs regular classes at the Woodfield Pavilion and has been teaching yoga across all age groups for over 35 years (YogaBugs, pre and post natal in the past, and now Adult Yoga, More Men on the Mat and Gentle Yoga). Her focus is to ensure that everyone feels welcome and included. Her Hatha Flow classes offer challenges for those who want to work more strongly and modifications to those newer to yoga or wanting to take poses more gently. Fenella also runs 3-4 yoga holidays every year.

A regular since the early days of the Pavilion, Nell runs classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Her first class is always free to try, so you have no reason not to come along and try them out!

A New Year Dawns Every Second, not Just in January

So don’t worry if resolutions falter at the first hurdle

It’s OK because
A New Year Dawns Every Second

REFRAMING a relationship with one’s physical being and deeper self is one route to fulfilment

But if this doesn’t hold,

It’s OK because
A New Year Dawns Every Second

If peace and rest has been the aim of the holidays in preparation for new beginnings

And if serenity and calm don’t flow in you as we speak

Its OK because
A New Year Dawns Every Second

And if your body doesn’t feel good and your deeper self needs a reset

Remember you have a second chance every second

This is an invitation to Join me and some of my friends in a few weeks

When we’ll be spending a beautiful Sunday afternoon together on 8th February nurturing our physical health and deeper wellbeing

We’ll be using Yin Yoga, Meditation & Sound Bath Immersion in the Great Hall at my practice.

So be with us on Sunday February 8th as we usher in the Spring
