✨ INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT ✨

Meet Elijah — a passionate yoga instructor whose journey into yoga began through healing. After suffering a stroke at 17 years old, yoga was introduced to him as a therapeutic practice, and he quickly experienced how transformative it could be.

Elijah fell in love with hot yoga in 2021 here in Tallahassee at Rising Om Yoga. After becoming certified last June, he immediately began teaching and sharing his passion with others. 🧘‍♂️🔥

You can find Elijah teaching at @flowstate_hotstudio , @tallymindovermat , @yogafsu , and local events around town. He’s also an FSU graduate with a degree in neuroscience.

Outside of yoga, Elijah works with Future Pathways supporting education and employment opportunities for the disability community. 💛

We’re so excited to spotlight Elijah and the passion and positivity he brings to the Tallahassee wellness community! ✨

Come join us on Sunday at 6pm for a beautiful sunset flow at Cascades Park!
