Two rooms, two teachers, one thing that brings everyone together 🧘🏻‍♀️
Parents breathing on one mat, kids moving on another. Different spaces, same practice, same intention.

Then we all come back together, and that’s the best part.

Grazie @yogaloftengadin for the amazing first session of Family Yoga…see you soon on the mat 🦋

That's a reset, Alpine-style. Welcome to St.Moritz, Switzerland.

Together with 2 yoga teachers, 2 nutritionists, 1 photographer and an organiser and ice bath guide - we created an incredible retreat for people who needed a reset - an alpine reset! 🥰

Thank you everyone for this experience!

Yoga has a natural place in the Engadin. Practised in studios, beside the lake or surrounded by mountains, it offers a way to slow down, move and reconnect with both body and landscape.

Teachers across the valley, @yogaloftengadin @movewithjojo, bring their own approaches to the practice, offering sessions for different levels and interests. One such experience is The Alpine Reset, taking place from 4 to 6 September. Organised by @iceandyoga.ch, the weekend combines yoga and meditation with a guided hike, a cold plunge, brunch at Lej da Staz and a picnic ✨🌞 #stmoritz

The Alpine Reset
Lej da Staz — 04–06 September 2026

Set at one of the many beautiful lakes in Engadin, this retreat takes place directly at the water, surrounded by forest and mountain light.

Lej da Staz has a very particular atmosphere in the early hours. The lake is still, the air is cool, and you move before the day begins around you.

The structure is simple.

Morning yoga on the wooden dock, long breakfasts outside, time to walk, swim, or do nothing. In the afternoon, we head into nature, sometimes towards another alpine lake. Evenings are slower again.

Cold exposure is part of the experience, but guided step by step. You prepare with breathwork, enter the water at your own pace, and stay as long as it feels right. The lake in September is clear and cold, usually around 10–14°C.

A private lakeside sauna, heated with firewood, is available only to our group. Warmth and cold, just a few steps apart.

Food is an essential part of this retreat. Together with Jana and Nicole from Semina, each meal is created with intention, seasonal, mostly plant-based, and based on local ingredients. Simple, but very considered.

The group stays small, with 7–10 people.
You can take part in everything, or take time for yourself.

What to expect:

– Daily yoga on the lake
– Guided cold plunge & breathwork
– Hike to an alpine lake
– Private sauna by the water
– Outdoor picnic & shared meals
– Nourishing brunch & curated dinners

From here, I’m practicing and creating the online program for the next few months at @yogaloftengadin with @katheca0104 😍

We’re focusing on building strength and flexibility for the #armbalances and #inversions coming up 🌶️

I’ve left an online class on our YouTube channel. So much has changed since I recorded that video, and watching it was emotional because the person who used to record me isn’t here anymore 🥹 but I’m proud of the path I’m walking and the community we are building together 🕊️

we have big expectations so I hope to see you on the mat 👉🏼 all the info at yogaloftengadin.ch
