Ready to go deeper into your practice with the best group of teachers there is?

One of the things I am most proud of when it comes to Voyage Yoga School is the incredible group of teachers who make up our YTT faculty.

Seven teachers. Seven different backgrounds, areas of expertise, experiences and perspectives.

Our students don’t learn from just one voice or one way of doing things. They learn from teachers who are passionate about what they do, who continue to be students themselves, and who bring so much knowledge, care and heart into this training.

Each one of these humans brings something completely different to the table - and together, they help make this training what it is.

I am incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and so excited for our 2027 group to learn from them.
Early bird ends November 16th

If you would like to experience the gift of Yin Yoga, I invite you to join me tomorrow night for a peaceful 90-minute class at @yogaom. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Thursday 13th August at 7:30pm

I’ll take you through a gentle spinal sequence designed to help restore the nervous system, quieten the mind and release tension held within the body.

Through meditation, long, supported holds and slow, conscious breathing, we’ll gently open the body, soften the mind and create space to simply be.

Come and give yourself the gift of slowing down, breathing deeply and reconnecting with yourself. 🤍

I’d love to see you there.

Thank you for joining us in practice, in prayer, in hearts and voices 💛

When we allow the sacred mantras to flow through us, we become the mantra - nothing remains. The grace of simply being.

It was a profoundly vulnerable and grounding evening 💛

Thank you to everyone who brought your love, your smiles, and devotion - we are truly grateful 🫶🏽

Next Kirtan will be Saturday 8 August 🫶🏽

What if rest wasn’t something you had to earn?
.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can deeply relax while the mind remains gently aware.
In a world that celebrates busyness, Yoga Nidra offers something radically different: permission to pause.
This workshop is an opportunity to slow down, regulate your nervous system, release accumulated tension, and experience profound rest from the inside out.
.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, or simply curious, Yoga Nidra can help you reconnect with a sense of ease, clarity, and inner calm.
.
Join us for an afternoon of deep rest and renewal.
.
Our next workshop is nearly sold out! Over 2 hours exploration - learn how yoga nidra can help you get the rest your body and mind needs.
