108 Sun Salutations in Honor of Tarrah Hale
Join John Buckner and your PeaceCore community for a special 108 Sun Salutations practice dedicated to the memory of Tarrah Hale, a beloved friend and radiant light in our community who recently passed away. We chose this song in honor of her as well, Tarrah was a big David Bowie fan ❤️
On the longest day of the year, we will gather to honor her spirit through a powerful and meditative practice. This moving flow invites you to connect with the energy of the sun, mark the change of seasons, and set heartfelt intentions—all while celebrating the life and light Tarrah brought into the world. We will be in the CORE studio for this event to allow for more people to show up in Tarrah’s memory.
You will be guided through 108 sun salutations at your own pace. Modifications and rest breaks will be offered, making this experience accessible to all—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
Let’s come together to sweat, release, remember, and renew—holding space for each other and for Tarrah, whose warmth continues to shine through us.
All studio proceeds from this event will be donated to the Historic Downtown Canal Fulton Association in her memory.
Saturday, June 21st
4:00 PM
$25.00

Being a mom is the best role I’ll ever have, even if my toddler runs up to me mid ceremony🩷
