Ever taken a class with a teacher you didn’t know and walked out thinking, “Okay… where have you been?” 👀 That’s one of our favorite things about yoga. A different voice, a different way of cueing, a different perspective can make a familiar practice feel completely new. So if your routine has been feeling a little too routine lately, this might be your sign to shake it up. @yogi_cy_ is now teaching at HAUM, and we’d love for you to experience his flow for yourself. Book his class in our BIO!🔗 Already practiced with him? Tell us one word that describes his class below. 👇

New Achievement Unlocked Pt. 2 ❤️‍🔥✨✅ . . . I am so excited to announce that I am now teaching yoga at @haum.studios starting tomorrow! For those of you that have been following my story for the past year, you know that this was the dream and now it’s a reality. . I manifested this. Not the wish it to be true and it landed on my lap kind of manifesting, but the kind that I focused my mind and energy on my goal of teaching for my favorite studio and I moved forward toward that goal. Carefully making small steps by staying consistent in my practice, taking trainings and then training so more on my own, connecting with my community and finding where I could be of service first, and trusting that I have the ability to continue to learn, grow, and evolve. . I am proud of myself for getting through some of my darkest moments and coming out as the strong, resilient, and empowered individual that I am today. I am in awe of my ability to stay at it and remain humble when I received feedback or made mistakes. Lastly, I am so grateful for all the people in my life that have had my back and supported me when I needed it most. You know who you are. . Today, I am basking in it all and I feel so so full of love and gratitude. Here’s to the start of another chapter in this amazing life of mine. . Monday’s and Wednesday’s @ 9am Come Join me at the Mission Studio! See you on the mat! ✨❤️‍🔥 #iamhaum

We intentionally opened Lotusland Yoga SF to create a community where equity is possible through our sliding scale system and are experimenting with the same process through our unlimited monthly memberships to see if we can still pay our bills. Sometimes we have more finances and sometimes we have less and we want to make sure you never have to cancel your memberships because of a lack of funds! Yoga and meditation should never be exclusive. In the same way, when you have more you can pay $25 or $50 more a month to make it possible for someone else lacking funds to pay less! In this way we can be a part of something greater and sustaining the sacred system of dharma to assure the health and wellbeing of all. Become a monthly member TODAY and check out ALL the incredible offerings we can’t wait to share with you 💗✨ Here is what is included: 🌸 Unlimited Classes in person and on-line 🌸 A library of Pre-recorded classes 🌸 20% off workshops, Teacher Training, special events and retail 🌸 Special *free to members* events ( outdoor yoga in the park!) 🌸 Monthly 1:1 mentorship ( a 30 minute private to ask about poses, breathing, mantra or meditation) 🌸 Monthly member email with special recorded videos on monthly themes and upcoming events 🌸 Surveys to hear from YOU, your suggestions and desires to co-create YOUR Yoga Center 🌸 Opportunities to rent the studio for your personal use at 30% off including hosting Yoga parties for birthdays, baby showers and benefits or rehearsals and performances 🌸 Rent our back room for your healing modalities, meetings or office (there is a private entrance to the back) Sign up or set up a 1:1 discovery call today 🪷

Today’s Full Harvest Moon in Aries is BOLD lighting up the evening sky and encourages us to shine a light and face head on whatever’s bothering us. It has the potential to spotlight some deep wounds that need healing. So be soft with yourself and gentle with others — find stillness if you’ve been feeling knocked around, add nourishing movement if tension is building up in the body. 🌝 We know so many of you (and us!) are feeling anxious and unsettled by all the news at home and worldwide and hope Lotusland has been a refuge and sanctuary of healing and peace and protection for you in the midst of life’s turmoil. As the shutdown continues, we know many folks are effected, we want to remind you we are a donation and sliding-scale community center created to make Yoga accessible to everyone and that cost need NEVER be an obstacle to you receiving the blessings of Yoga to restore our bodies and minds. These times call for restorative practices and we have added many beautiful evening classes to help us fall asleep during Fall’s unstable and restless energy. Meet our newest teacher Cyrus Ebadat teaching Tuesdays at 8:30 Candlelight Flow and Restore! ✨ Cyrus’ candlelight class offers time to slow down move with the breath as a moving meditation while cultivating heat in deep and slower flow and will guide you into deeper restorative poses. In the class you will develop breath work, movement, and meditation that will help you wind down the day and prepare for rest into the evening with his warm and peaceful presence that will help melt away any stress or tension from your day. Come practice with @yogi_cy_ every Tuesday night starting this week!
