New to our studio, but has been teaching in Miami for the past 10 years. His approach welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners into the same space with clarity and intention.

As a teacher, his goal is to create strong, intelligent, and accessible classes rooted in tradition while remaining relevant and supportive for modern students.

No llegué al yoga desde la iluminación. Llegué desde el dolor profundo, la depresión aguda, los pensamientos suicidas.
Desde el punto A.

El yoga me salvó la vida.
Como me la han salvado mis terapeutas, mis analistas, mis acompañadores, algunos amigos, mi sentido del deber con mi familia, y hasta un gato que "me recogió de la calle".

A ellos, y al yoga, les debo también quién soy. Y, sobre todo, seguir viva, y todas mis resurrecciones.

He vuelto al yoga muchas veces. Siempre desde la ansiedad que no sabía nombrar, las relaciones que no entendía, los miedos, las heridas, los patrones que juraba no repetir… y repetía.

Y siempre encontré en él abrazo, alivio, respiro, sostén, un lugar donde quedarme cuando quería huir, para escucharme respirar, sentirme, aceptarme, centrarme, recuperarme, un balance entre esfuerzo y rendición.

He probado todo tipo de terapias (además del psicoanálisis lacaniano durante años). Algunas me confrontaron brutalmente.
He trabajado en mí con el mismo compromiso con el que acompaño a otros en sus propios procesos.

De este largo y profundo recorrido, algo me quedó muy claro, nadie puede salvarnos del todo... si no nos salvaMOS.

Ni el yoga, ni los terapeutas, ni las herramientas, ni los paliativos, ni los otros.

La decisión última de seguir vivos, de seguir adelante, tiene que salir de un lugar muy profundo dentro de nosotros.

Somos el punto A, y también somos la posibilidad de la meta.
Si hacemos que algo en nosotros decida levantarse.

Me siento capaz de acompañar a otros no solo porque me certifiqué,
sino por lo que he caminado y aprendido.
Porque he tenido que escucharme, levantarme, sostenerme, lidiar con mis demonios, y sacarme de mis propios pozos oscuros.

No vendo fórmulas mágicas, ni frases positivas, ni sesiones motivacionales.

Vendo transformación, a través de un trabajo profundo, real, y a veces incómodo. Sigo intentando elevarme cuando la vida me quiebra. Y eso es lo que sé que puedo acompañarte a hacer.
