Creature Feature

I'm finally able to *hold* my Creature without sliding down into Scorpion. Still working on hand placement.

Watch til the end for a lil victory dance 🙌🏻

Come join me at @yonderaerials for class this week!

I'll be subbing today's Adult Beginner & Adult Intermediate classes.

Tomorrow will be my usual All Ages & Adult Advanced classes.

Feeling strong enough to try some scary things! 😬

Why is this scary? IDK! What if my arms fall off and I land on my face?! 😭

Join me for Conditioning & Flexibility on Sundays or a silks class on Tuesdays!

I haven't touched chains since 2019. And now I'm covered in bruises. Worth it!

Big thanks to @lisapiecesz for bringing them in!

I'm teaching silks tonight over at @yonderaerials

Come learn a new thing!
