I’m going to become a Pokémon trainer every rave now!

As always April💦 has been a freaking hoot, I’m tired, overstimulated and honestly it’s hard to get back to workouts but I will miss my 78Kg dehydrated and starving body. Time to get ready for my next flight ✈️🇲🇾🇦🇺

Ps. I’m not strong enough to do a solo APPA YIP YIP😪

September really forced me back out of my own head and into the gym. Feels good to be somewhat consistent again, and it’s nice to polish up, but definitely still a GenZ menace at raves for sure 😈 EDC body let’s go 💪🏼

Sunset by Neon 🌅was more fun than I thought and less sleep than I thought possible. But mama ain’t raise no quitter, she’s a trooper. Last rave before the year pilgrimage to Songkran to reclaim my 2x champion title of the house of heals. Famous last words? 👀 Honestly, just happy to bounce-bounce and vibe.

Learned a lot. Can’t wait for my next ‘laser light therapy’ treatment ✨new friends old friend, let’s go 💦

May was really “let’s survive and spend as little money possible” (failed btw), survived yes. But also I learnt that I need at least 20mins a day to read through 700-900 texts, but by the end of the month it took me 15mins? Growth…I guess.

Bye bye guys I’ll see you in another continent 🦘time to adjourn to the land of mullets, beefy men and eggs that cost $1 a piece (insane right)
