So after being in the hospital for 8 days and paralyzed from the neck down. Recovery has not been easy, but I made strides and I move forward and I conquered stretching, yoga, and even Pilates. It is essential to your foundation for your body to be able to carry you as we get older.. so the purpose of all this is not to look muscular or physique wise on point but it to basically just walk. I wanna be able to walk when I get older like my 70s or 80s heck maybe even 90 I want to be able to walk and not stiff.#friends #malpractice #gay #gayhusbands🏳️‍🌈 #dogslife thank you @beautifullysaved @eraofjesus @savvyyy23 @rc_nyla_213 @ms_frieda @yopierre210 thank you all for the motivation, inspiration, and thank you for checking up on me. I’ll be back at the gym as soon as I’m released from my doctor. But for now here’s what I’m doing out of my garage thanks again to Angels Frieda for first of all showing me what you have done from your garage and for all that weight loss . Thank you all.

3 pounds of ground beef, with 2 whole cutlets of chorizo, a whole bulb of garlic minced, grilled 1 whole onion and 1 whole bell pepper, mix onion and bell pepper to ground meat and chorizo, boil some Barilla Pasta cooked well, add a lot mild cheddar to the meat mix , also some 3 cans of veggie all, 1 can of mild ro-tel ,1 can of whole corn. Once pasta is cooked mix pasta with meat mix . Mix it well and you’re ready for the whole week with your own meal prep. This has 49 grams of protein per meal. I made 8 meal preps out of this for my husband and myself .

Ground beef and chorizo cooked together, well sautéed white onions and green bell peppers. Mix together once meat and vegetables are cooked throughly. Slice a whole bag of red potatoes into tiny pieces, seasoned with olive oil, some chicken brother and all seasons that you like. Cook two over well done eggs. Once everything is cooked place some baked potatoes onto a plate, sprinkle some ground beef and chorizo over the potatoes, place your two eggs over ground beef, sautéed onions and bell peppers , chorizo, and potatoes. Then add a drizzle of honey mustard on top and enjoy . BON APPETITE BABY . High on protein and perfect on carbs. Here’s to losing weight and gaining muscle .
