کیس با دو فایل شکسته در گرافی اولیه فقط یک فایل مشخص بود چون فایلها باکولینگوالی کنار هم شکسته بودند و سوپرایمپوزیشن داشتند. در این کیسها جهت جلوگیری از شکست ثانویه فایل باید ابتدا فایل عمقی تر خارج شود. خارج سازی فایل معجزه نیست تنها ترکیب مهارت، ابزار و صبر است. Both fragments were positioned buccolingually, resulting in radiographic superimposition. The key to preventing secondary file fracture? In such cases, the deeper fragment should be retrieved first. Intensive 3-day course on soft tissue management in natural teeth and dental implants at Dental Arts Academy. It was a great course, located in a nice facility with perfect hospitality. All of the participants are experienced and knowledgeable clinicians, sophisticatedly performing the hands-on exercises under the microscope. All of the training goals and procedures were met and completed.

Apical Separated File Retrieval 🔬 Both the overextended gutta-percha and the separated instrument were successfully retrieved. As long as you have clear visualization of the separated fragment, retrieval remains a possibility. Every case has its own story Referral case with two separated instruments. Reza, one of my postgraduate students, decided to manage this challenging case under my supervision. The separated instrument in the distal canal was successfully retrieved, while the fragment in the MB canal was skillfully bypassed. Remember: Not every separated instrument needs to be retrieved. Sometimes, bypassing is the smarter and safer choice and maybe the only possible option! Referral Case: File Fracture A size 10 K-file fractured in the DB canal, and the dentist referred the case to me for retrieval. Fortunately, ultrasonic tips alone were sufficient to retrieve the separated instrument.
