Day 17 of your 18 days to 18. Yall knew I was gettting day 17 😂. Whew, we’ve been through some thangs 😂, and it all started at ECSU.

I first met Yaya when she was basically a newborn, when Renata brought her to auditions for a modeling troupe. That same Renata later joined me in founding a dance team, and Yaya has been there since day one, y’all 😂.

Since then, I’ve watched Yaya excel in school, decide to play around in school, get on her mother’s nerves, get on all of her mother’s friends’ nerves, then come back and do something that makes us all proud and helps us forget the nonsense. That has been Yaya’s formula, y’all. She also beat a couple kids up, as expected.…..

Now she’s turning 18 and walking into her second semester of college, of course she graduated early 🙌🏾🙌🏾.

Yaya, this is the stage where winners separate themselves. Every choice you make, every second that passes, matters. Those choices will shape where you end up in life. It’s game time, baby.

Understand this though, you are not walking into this season alone. You are surrounded by people who love you, believe in you, and are rooting for you every step of the way. When things get hard, and they will at times, remember that asking for support is not weakness, it is wisdom. BUT CALL ME VERY LAST.

You also carry a legacy with you, not one of perfection, but one of resilience, growth, and getting back up when it matters most. Keep trusting yourself, keep learning from your mistakes, and keep choosing progress over comfort.

Now listen, Uncle Bernie is not financing international trips 😂, so handle business now, because in five years you’ll be on your own. The expectation is that you buy your own flight 😂😂. You are going to love the levels of lfe that come after all your hard work pays off. Trust me, the work will pay off.

I’m joking a bit because I know you will continue to make us all proud. I know you will continue to prove that you are destined to win. I know you will continue to walk in your queendom and take everything you deserve.

Her day 7. the year was 2015 we was dancing laughing and exploring like none other…. She’s 7 years old a bright young lady trying to soak up all the knowledge her lil mind could. I had day 4 and her friend Miles had day 5
I chose to make sure she knew that she was truly Born to be a Queen 👸🏾 With what life has thrown her way she didn’t fold she just looked to her Queen for guidance. As we’re getting ready to walk into year 18 we know the the crown on her head will always be secured.

Miles elected to make her a special post which is at the end of this Reel. I’m so touched by the group of young ppl she calls friends.
