A few communities are hosting events that centre solidarity with Indigenous youth. We will be dying fabrics - bandanas, t-shirt, cloth, linen & wool clothing - orange using plants. Each community is raising funds for a local (to them) initiative for Indigenous youth. Because our struggles are all connected, participating communities can also donate part of the funds raised to Indigenous* youth in other parts of the world experiencing imperial invasion & and colonial violence.
🧡🧡🧡
Participating communities will post the details of their own events and each will be shared here. This is intended to be an ongoing, yearly tradition.

We are looking for gardeners and farmers who want to grow dyers coreopsis, a plant used to dye fabric orange, so we can build kits for communities to use next year.
If you are interested, please reach out!
We can mail you a package!
