Most personal trainers don’t struggle with social media because they “don’t know what to post.” They struggle because posting forces them to face things they’d rather avoid. Judgement. Silence. Comparison. Feeling behind. Feeling like they’re not experienced enough yet. Feeling like if they finally show up and it still doesn’t work
that says something about them. That’s the bit no one talks about. Because it’s easier to say “I’m too busy” “I’ll start when I’ve got more time” “I need better content first” But most of the time, it’s not a content problem. It’s a fear problem. And while you’re overthinking your next post, another trainer with half your knowledge but double your consistency is building trust with the people you could be helping. That’s why I made this carousel. Not to tell trainers to become influencers. Not to tell you to dance on camera. Not to tell you to fake confidence. Just to show you what might actually be holding you back. If you’re a personal trainer and social media feels heavier than it should, this one’s for you. Which fear hit you hardest? 1 to 7? #personaltrainer #personaltrainerlife #personaltrainergroningen

I didn’t create this because I had it all figured out. I created this because I didn’t. I was the trainer who said yes to everyone. Trained at weird hours. Undercharged. Burned out. I had no systems, no direction, and no idea how to actually grow. So I changed it. I invested thousands into mentorships. Learned how to build a brand. Built real income. And now, I’ve built a system to help other trainers do the same — faster. If you’re a personal trainer in Groningen who’s ready to grow, DM me “TRAIN” and let’s change the game together. You don’t need to figure it out alone.
