26 Today. 💫 Another year older… and so much more grateful. 💛 26 has arrived quietly, but it brings with it the weight of everything I’ve grown through — the lessons, the heartbreaks, the healing, the laughter, and the people who stood by me through it all. Life has a way of teaching us exactly what we need, even when it’s not what we want. And somehow, I’ve made it here — stronger, softer, and more grounded in who I am. This birthday felt different — in the best way. Not because everything is perfect, but because I felt seen, loved, and held by the people around me. To everyone who showed up, called, messaged, hugged me a little tighter, or just made me feel special — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your presence, your words, and your energy meant more than you know. You didn’t just help me celebrate another year… you reminded me I’m not alone on this journey. At 26, I’m learning that it’s not about how many people are around you, but who’s truly there. And I feel so lucky to have the people I do. 💛 Here’s to more love, more connection, more realness — and to carrying this gratitude with me every day going forward. I’m not sure what to say say besides that my first year was a solid 7/10 at best. I certainly had my ups & downs but made the most of each day. Very thankful to say I made it through my first year of college & created the bonds i was able to while being here. I certainly learned a lot inside and outside of classes. I have certainly accomplished a lot from the first day at Tiffin to now. I most certainly built a stronger mindset being here throughout the year with academics, athletics, and bonds with people i’ve had coming here and built here. College definitely takes a toll on you & sometimes you just need to take a step back, look yourself in the mirror and just remember who you are, why you came to where you went, or why you may be doing what you’re doing. In the end, I certainly need to thank God, my family, and my closest friends for helping me get through this first year. It was a journey and i’m definitely ready for more. Year 1 down, 3 to go.
