Thank you to everyone who came out to support Power for Parkinson’s at yesterday’s Make Strides for Parkinson’s event! We couldn’t imagine a better way to kick off Amplify Austin. 💙

To help us make this year’s fundraiser our most successful yet, be sure to give today during our Power Hour from 2-3 PM. All donations up to $2000 will be matched! Go to amplifyatx.org/organizations/powerforparkinsons to give.

Your support makes a world of difference for our local Parkinson’s community!

Hear from some of our members about their journey with LHS and why you should audition this weekend! It’s not too late to sign up 👀 It might be “the best decision you ever make in undergrad” 🧡🤘

The semester where I got my ring, had a formal and a semi-formal, turned 21, did an LHS show, celebrated a 1 year anniversary, saw @itsdayglow and @teenagedads, cosplayed as Flint Lockwood and Sam Sparks, got a haircut, had a BBQ night with the boys, defended my 5x title of biggest ham, celebrated birthdays, celebrated NUGI’s (now OLGIs 😢), celebrated LHS (LHthanksgiving), got second place at Pluckers trivia (twice), sang the national anthem at the F1 race, beat the hell out of OU and A&M (and everyone…except Georgia), and overall had a great time with the greatest people! 5/8 ✅

Never has there been a time like this show where I’ve truly understood just how blessed I am. Amidst all of lows, this semester has had plenty of highs and sooooooo much love. Not only am I grateful to see my 20th year, but I’m grateful that it’s with people that have made all my time so far so special. Thank you God for you continue to bless me, thank you Longhorn Singers for being my rock, thank you to my amazing friends who came to the show, and thank you Mom, Dad and Teegan for making my 20th my sweetest one yet :) Lovesmeans, from Boogie Wonderland 🕺🪩
