Today filled my cup. Walking through an apple orchard. Listening to live music. Petting goats. Feeding alpacas. Laughing with friends. Simple pleasures. My heart is full.

Today marks FIVE years of Digital Sabbath. Looking back, it’s the people that made the journey so special. To our crews, agencies, clients and collaborators, thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕.

Dogs are not conflict averse, humans are. Dogs have no problem telling another dog, even a young puppy, to fuck right off, humans do. Even though we know we have to set rules and boundaries for our children, somehow we overlook that with dogs. Permissiveness is the biggest contributor to foolish, obnoxious, and disrespectful behavior in the entire human/dog relationship world. What you allow is no different than what you encourage. Your puppy doesn't need 50 knucklehead friends. It needs a capable human, a couple similarly aged friends, and an older, stable, balanced, role model dog. Sound familiar? Yeah, kids need the same thing. It's actually rather simple, but leave it to social media to work up a frenzy of complications that leave you with more questions than answers. It was for these reasons that Banksy became a superstar, and Beans the king of the dogs. How many of us came back to our parents, who held us to account as children, and said fucking THANK YOU? They didn't provide constraints because they were mean, they did it because they cared enough to leverage temporary discomfort for maximum future benefit 🙏🤌 💪 This. Isn't. Complicated.

Never say never!!!

Today was a big day, the girls had a field romp off leash with new friends (how adorable are they🥰), AND first time ever with both girls on a patio – they settled and barely made a sound 🥹🥹🥹

8 weeks ago I never would have thought either of those things would be possible.
I can confidently say @yourfavouritedogtrainer is a wealth of knowledge & will help you grow trust in your relationship with your dog!!! We 💓 you :)

Eeeek, Aspens first short hike off leash!!!🙊🥹☺️

Our relationship has grown so much since starting training and integrating the ecollar into it was the best decision ever!

We still have work to do, after all training never stops @yourfavouritedogtrainer 😉 but I’m so proud of this little husky and how far we’ve come💓

Auggie graduated from something 8 years ago at doggie daycare with @yourfavouritedogtrainer. We are still part of the community that Liz built. We’ve received so much encouragement and support over the years. And made great friends - furry and human. It’s a beautiful thing. 🫶 #dogcommunity #bestdogtrainer #doghaus

What I imagine her head sounds like when introducing the ecollar 👀 @yourfavouritedogtrainer

Training has been going great so far!
Theres still things we’re working on cause we’re not perfect! Like settling in the crate & car without tantrums (Aspen👹), the art of ✨doing nothing✨, and thresholds
But there’s also things the girls are crushing like loose leash walking, recall, working in higher distraction environments & focusing on me, LOTS of check ins, and joining pack walks🥹

With what we’ve learned so far, everyday is different but it’s the consistency that counts!

Can’t believe it’s been 4 years since I had the opportunity to visit @cesarsway Dog Psychology Center for @trainingcesarsway. It was a dream come true over 20 years in the making, and I’m beyond grateful for everyone I met (both human and animals)❤️. I’ve used everything I’ve learned to continue helping dogs and their people.
