Nobody is coming to save you.

But God already put everything you need inside you.

I know what it’s like to wait. I’ve waited on the right time, waited on things to settle down, and waited on somebody else to make the first move. Here’s what I learned: the bills keep coming, the kids keep growing, and the dream you keep pushing to “next year” just stays there.

Your family can’t wait on a perfect moment.

The fire is still there. You just have to decide to stop waiting and start moving.

I’ve watched regular people with no connections and no head start completely change their family’s future. They didn’t get lucky. They got serious.

So let me ask you straight: What would change for your family if you stopped waiting and bet on YOU?

If you’re ready to build something real with people who’ll push you, pray with you, and hold you to your word. We are waiting on YOU.

It’s you. It’s always been you. 🔥

Time to put my money where my mouth is. November 16-20 I will be competing in Ultimate Agent Season 4. Competition has always driven me in this business from the start, whenever there was a bonus to be had, a closing rate to be achieved, I always strived to get it every single time. To be in a room battling with some of the top producers in the industry and to be able to get coaching and mentoring by some of the best of the best is an invaluable experience. I never grew by staying comfortable or stagnant. Thanks to @cody.askins for the opportunity. Glad to be representing @empowerlifegroup

🚀 DAY ONE OF AEP. LET’S MAKE IT COUNT.

Today marks the beginning of a season that demands a lot from you — your time, your energy, your focus, and your heart. But it’s also an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of the people who trust you.

To our Lasting Mark agents: remember who you are, why you started, and the difference you make every single day. Behind every appointment is a person who needs guidance. Behind every enrollment is an opportunity to serve. And behind every long day is a chance to make a difference that lasts far beyond this season.

There will be long days. There will be challenges. But you are capable, you are prepared, and you are not in this alone.
Stay focused.

Lead with purpose. Serve with heart. And never underestimate the impact you can make.

We believe in you. We’re behind you. And we’re ready to take on this AEP together. 💪

Let’s make this a season to remember. LET’S GO, LASTING MARK! 🔥

Mind over matter right???

The hard part is getting out of your head!!!!

Taking that 1st step, regardless of all the noise in your head, is a crucial part of showing up!

Being a part of what will help YOU grow YOUR business and show the people in YOUR community that you're doing this to help benefit THEIR NEEDS, will leave a LASTING MARK with them 🫶🏼 @yourlastingmark #nopunintended 😂

Who’s developing you now?

At some point, production alone stops being enough. You want to grow as a leader. You want systems that work without you doing everything. You want to build something bigger than your own numbers.

That’s what we’re building at POWERHOUSE Insurance Group, with Empower Life Group, part of Lasting Mark IMO.

Real mentorship from people who’ve built at the highest level.
Systems built to duplicate.
A culture of belief, faith, and family.
A path from producer to leader.

Ownership. Systems. Leadership. Duplication.

If you’re producing and ready to grow into the next version of yourself, let’s have a conversation.

Comment “NEXT LEVEL” or send me a message.

Another strong week of momentum and service.
Proud to recognize this week’s leaders for the consistency, discipline, and care they continue to bring to the families they serve.

September was a month of momentum.
$334,179 in production.
336 families served.
Behind every number is a conversation, a decision, and a family taking one more step toward protecting what matters most.
We’re grateful for the trust placed in our team — and proud of the work being done every day.
