For me, the holiday season is all about giving & showing genuine love. ❤️ 2 Weeks ago, we had our 4th Annual “Jewel In His Crown” event. At this event, we pamper women in trying circumstances, allow them to shop new or gently used clothing, bags, shoes. We eat together & have a time for prayer and worship. We always want them to leave us better than they came in the door.

This year was different though…

At our inaugural event 4 years ago, a bright spirit volunteered to do hair. Our team is small & tight and so long as we are available, we have come together every year for this. Unfortunately, one of our beloveds from our team during our 1st year, commit suicide a few months ago. & it hit our team pretty hard. 😣😞

In this season, please show love! There’s enough negativity in this world. You never know WHO is carrying what. And you never know how you being a loving light, can encourage someone to continue on another day.

Big thank you to my girls! Ready to serve without question. I love yall, for real. @bebeautifulbybrittney @saylexx__ @yournailsafterdark @_queenofcrowns @sincerelybeautiful_stylez_ May God richly bless your hands and your businesses

Last but not least, a very special shout out to my girl @miracleshapreee. Miracle is a Licensed Therapist for Families and Marriages. She prepared a presentation on what Mental Health really is and gave space to dive into the topic amongst community more. Thank you Miracle for sharing your passion & knowledge.

We’ve Made It to the Second Half of 2025 💪🏽🔥

Halfway through the year, and what a journey it’s been at Barbell Effect. From packed classes and PRs shattered, to new members finding strength and confidence within our walls — we’ve accomplished so much together.

This isn’t just a gym — it’s a movement. A commitment to showing up, doing the work, and building something stronger every day — mentally and physically.

We’re proud of the energy, grit, and consistency our Barbell Effect family brings daily. Let’s carry that same fire into the second half of the year and finish 2025 even stronger.

Here’s to more growth, more goals, and more gains. Let’s go! 🔥🏋🏽‍♂️

Man listen!!!!! Idk if i shared that my nails are thin asf because i had to bite off my gel x because the boys were sick and cranky .. i could not function with them on with all the butt cleaning and wrestling i had to! My two babies were fighting to keep their bums filled with flith lls .. anyhow i ripped off sooooo much of my nails. The set after i had some builder gel in a bottle.. it was ok but with my thin nails they separated a lot.. idk how i didnt know about rubber bases until i started investing in @vbeautypure products.. i had been surfing the site and seen the bases then researching found that they were the best for my nail issues .. its hard to explain but this base feels like one with my nails .. truly self leveling, now i only used two other self leveling products but baby this one is top tier . Very easy ti do.. you all know that i am not a professional just a DIY.. i am not sponsored either i just love sharing what i find to be great. If you need a code for 10% off use the code DARK help my good sis @YourNailsAfterDark Mia get some commission.. idk her personally either .. but you know we gotta help each other win! #vbpproducts #vbp #valentinobeautypure #rubberbase #diynails #nails
