What if strength was not about pushing harder…
but about becoming stronger within?

There is a kind of strength that cannot be seen.

The strength that emerges when you learn to breathe through effort.
When the body stops fighting against you and begins to work with you.
When you discover that your breath can transform the way you inhabit your body, your mind and your life.

21 days of Vyayam.

21 days to explore movement, breath and awareness.
To build a strength that does not come from tension, but from presence.

Because the real practice does not end when you leave the mat.

You carry it into life.

Into the way you breathe when facing a challenge.
The way you hold yourself when things become uncomfortable.
The way you respond when life asks more of you.

Vyayam yoga is not simply about becoming stronger.

It is an invitation to discover what your strength is truly made of.

21 days. One practice. A different way of meeting yourself.

Comment “VYAYAM” so I write you back with the special offer

What do I miss most about Bali? WATER PURIFICATION! The Balinese Melukat ceremony is one of the most pure and powerful spiritual attunements I have ever experienced. These waters have been enchanted over millennia to carry the memory of reverence and prayer. Dipping in these fountains never fails to make me vibrate and shake with giggly joyous prana. Best of all, friendly spirits love hanging out around these epic water temples, and they are very generous in saying hello to those of us willing to hear them 🩷 What spiritual ritual should I experience next? Btw these amazing photos are taken by @yours.trulli

Spritual retreat in Gangotri
In the silence of the mountains, something within begins to speak.
A journey not just to Gangotri…
but to the source of your own being.
Where the sacred river flows, the soul remembers its path.
