one year ago i met @lousdk at an event in paris and we bonded over our love for yoga and pilates. one year later, we led our first retreat together in the south of france!!! & it definitely won’t be our last! it’s so rewarding to give people a space to slow down, be taken care of, open up their hearts, face their fears, live in the present moment and just be. to connect deeper with themselves and each other and leave with new friends 💚 i have so much gratitude for these people, this experience and my yoga practice. & it’s just the beginning! follow @ellejay.retreats and join us next time.
